FFL transfers
Bought a firearm from another online seller? Have it shipped to us. We receive it, log it into our records, and you complete the background check and any state paperwork at our counter. California buyers complete the DROS process and the 10-day waiting period before pickup.
- Ask the seller to email us for a copy of our license, or contact us and we’ll send it
- Call ahead so we know a firearm is coming for you
- Bring a valid photo ID and, in California, your Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC)
In-store pickup
Order online and choose Pick up at Iron Oak Armory at checkout. There’s no dealer-to-dealer shipping. We’ll contact you when your order is ready to start your paperwork.
Special orders
Don’t see what you’re looking for? We can order most firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories from our distributors. Tell us the make and model, or the item number, and we’ll check availability and pricing.
Trade-ins and consignment
Thinking about selling or trading a firearm? Bring it in, or call first with the make, model, and condition. We’ll look it over and talk through your options: a trade-in credit toward something new, or selling it on consignment.
Layaway
Ask us about layaway on in-stock firearms. We’ll explain the deposit, payment schedule, and how pickup works when it’s paid off.
California private party transfers
Buying from or selling to another California resident? In California, private sales go through a licensed dealer. Both parties come to the store, and we handle the DROS paperwork and the 10-day wait. Call to ask about scheduling.
