We ship nationwide. How an order ships depends on what is in it.
Firearms
- Firearms ship only to a licensed dealer (FFL) in your state of residence. See How to Buy a Firearm Online.
- We confirm your dealer’s license before we ship. If we do not have it on file, we will contact them for you.
- Firearms ship fully insured with a signature required, by a major carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
Ammunition
- Ammunition ships to your home address where state and local law allow.
- Ammunition can only travel by ground, so we cannot ship it to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- An adult signature may be required at delivery. In Colorado, the driver must verify that you are at least 21.
- Some states require a license or permit on file, or delivery to a licensed dealer, and a few places cannot receive ammunition by mail at all. See State & Local Restrictions.
Gear and accessories
- Optics, cases, cleaning supplies, and most accessories ship straight to your door.
- A few items, such as standard-capacity magazines, cannot ship to certain states or cities.
Shipping costs and timing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most orders ship within a few business days. Firearm orders ship once we have confirmed your dealer’s license.
Orders we cannot ship
We check every order against the ship-to address. If an item cannot legally go to that address, we will contact you and cancel that item with a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Keep the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
