Firearms
- Firearms ship only to a licensed dealer (FFL), and the sale is complete when your dealer transfers the firearm to you.
- Once the transfer paperwork has started, firearm sales are final.
- If a firearm arrives damaged or defective, have your dealer note it and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or return. Firearms can only be returned to us through a licensed dealer.
- If your background check is denied or your dealer will not accept the transfer, we refund the purchase price minus shipping and any non-refundable fees. See How to Buy a Firearm Online.
Ammunition
- For safety reasons, ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
- If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Gear and accessories
- Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your order number.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
